Shipping and Returns Policies
Shipping charge is a flat fee of $7 for orders under $60. Free shipping offer applies to orders shipped within the continental United States only. Free shipping offer includes P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Free shipping offer does not apply when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. We will charge you what the shipping provider charges us. Rates vary in accordance to the shipping provider's policy.
For international shipping: call or email the individual store you wish to purchase from to get shipping rates.
To ensure delivery of your order, we have chosen three reputable carriers for all of our domestic orders. All of our domestic shipments are sent with delivery confirmation from either the US Postal Service or UPS. We will not be responsible for damaged merchandise once delivery has been confirmed by UPS or the US Postal Service. All mail or parcels that are lost after delivery will be the sole responsibility of the consumer and all claims for packages lost after delivery will have to be filed directly with UPS or the US Postal Service. Parcels that are either refused by the recipient or returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be processed as returns. You will receive a credit for the purchase price of your order minus the shipping charges.
All in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you may return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase for full credit towards the purchase of another product. The unused portion must contain at least 50% of the original content of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. If you were shipped the wrong product in error, you may return the product at our expense for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges. You must call the individual store you purchased from prior to shipping your return or you may return it in person to the individual store. Each store reserves the right to refuse returns if they feel the return policy is being abused.
